Undergradute Capstone E-Portfolios

LDR3950 Leadership Studies Capstone is the final course in the four-semester LEAD Scholars Academy sequence. Students begin collecting artifacts for their E-Portfolios in their first semester.

By the time they enter the Capstone course, they will have a cumulative collection of work across 4 semesters.

Sophomores: On the verge of applying to internships, jobs, and graduate school

Students create a final E-Portfolio of their leadership coursework and accomplishments
​

Developing your E-Portfolio allows LEAD students to reflect on their leadership experiences and courses while creating a digital archive of acquired skills and accomplishments.

Student ePortfolios can be used to foster global learning, connections among experiences, and career development.
​

E-portfolios can be reviewed by student peers, faculty, and working professionals in the field to provide multiple layers of feedback and diverse perspectives.
